Wren Sinclair and Zaria Set for WWE NXT Championship Unification Match

A unification match between Wren Sinclair and Zaria for the WWE Women's Speed Championship and the NXT Women's North American Championship has been scheduled for the upcoming Heatwave event.

The announcement follows an incident during Zaria's recent title defense against Saquon Shugars and Dion Lennox, where she retained her championship after defeating Sinclair. Sinclair's request for a rematch was initially met with hesitation by WWE NXT General Manager Robert Stone, but after she enhanced her proposal, the match was confirmed.

This event will take place on August 30 at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas. Additionally, Sinclair and NXT Women's Champion Kendal Grey will team up next week to face Kelani Jordan and Kali Armstrong before their respective title defenses.
