WWE and AEW Prepare for Upcoming Programming Clash

WWE and AEW are poised for a new counter-programming challenge next month as a scheduling adjustment will place NXT against a significant episode of AEW Dynamite.

NXT typically broadcasts on Tuesday nights, while Dynamite airs on Wednesdays. However, due to election coverage on The CW Network, NXT's November 3 episode will shift to Wednesday, November 4, directly competing with Dynamite's Blood and Guts special.

This follows a previous scheduling conflict where Dynamite was moved to Tuesday due to Major League Baseball playoffs, resulting in AEW facing off against NXT. In that instance, NXT led in total viewership, while AEW excelled in the key Adults 18-49 demographic. The upcoming clash will see AEW promoting its annual Blood and Guts event, while NXT will present its Halloween Havoc fallout episode.
