WWE Plans for Oba Femi as Future Face of the Company

WWE is preparing for a transition in its leadership as Roman Reigns, a prominent figure in the organization for several years, is expected to step back from his role. Despite past backlash, Reigns has solidified his status as a top star after revamping his character and collaborating with Paul Heyman. However, with Reigns working fewer dates, WWE is looking to establish a new leading figure, reportedly settling on Oba Femi.

Femi, who has recently gained recognition after winning King of the Ring and defeating Brock Lesnar, is seen as the successor to Reigns. Wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer noted that WWE's long-term plan is to elevate Femi to the forefront once Reigns' position is vacated. While Femi is proving himself in the ring, there are suggestions he may need to enhance his promo skills before fully assuming the role of WWE's face.
