WWE SmackDown, NXT, and TNA Impact Ratings Overview
Recent ratings for WWE SmackDown, WWE NXT, and TNA Impact have been released, highlighting viewer trends over the past week.
The August 14 episode of WWE SmackDown saw a 15% decrease in total viewers, dropping to 1.247 million, with a .30 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which is a 14% decline from the previous week. Contributing factors include the start of NFL preseason football. The episode featured confrontations between CM Punk and Kevin Owens, a match between Cody Rhodes and Sami Zayn, and three title matches.
WWE NXT's August 11 episode recorded a 9% drop in total viewers to 588,000, although it saw a 25% increase in the 18-49 demographic. This viewership was below its 10-week average, but the 18-49 rating remained steady. The episode continued the storyline leading to Heatwave and followed the surprise debut of Zilla Fatu.
TNA Impact's August 13 episode also experienced a decline, with 203,000 viewers, down 12% from the previous week. However, its 18-49 demographic rating increased by 33% to .04, with both figures above their eight-week average, partly due to missing ratings for earlier episodes.
