WWE stars Rusev and CJ Perry have announced they are expecting their first child, with a due date set for April 28, 2027. The couple, known for their prominent presence in wrestling, shared this news after navigating a challenging journey that included a separation in late 2023.

The couple began their IVF process in 2025, culminating in an embryo transfer on August 10, 2026. They experienced a tense wait for pregnancy confirmation, receiving positive test results on August 19 and August 21.

Rusev humorously mentioned plans to move to Spain, where they hope to enroll their son in the youth academy of Real Madrid. They have chosen the name Bear Petrov Barnyashev for their son, honoring Rusev's father. Meanwhile, Rusev has been sidelined from WWE since July due to a neck injury and subsequent illness.
