WWE's Plans for GUNTHER vs. Brock Lesnar Scrapped

WWE had contemplated a match between GUNTHER and Brock Lesnar on two separate occasions, but both plans were ultimately abandoned, according to a recent report.

The initial proposal for a WrestleMania showdown between the two wrestlers was made well before their notable encounter at the 2023 Royal Rumble, which heightened expectations for the match.

At this year's WrestleMania, GUNTHER faced Seth Rollins, winning the match with assistance from Bron Breakker. Meanwhile, Lesnar participated in three matches against Oba Femi, with Femi winning their first encounter. Lesnar later announced his retirement from in-ring competition, although a future match against GUNTHER remains a possibility.
