Yankees Urged to Reconnect with Jorge Posada for Team Improvement

The New York Yankees are encouraged to mend their relationship with former player Jorge Posada, who has expressed feeling unwelcome by the organization. Despite previous attempts to employ him after his playing career, which fell through due to financial disagreements, the team is urged to bring him back.

Posada's insights could be valuable as the Yankees face significant issues with accountability and hitting. He has openly shared his minimal connection with the team, stating that he feels they do not want him involved. His straightforward approach and experience as a successful player could provide the toughness and leadership the team currently lacks.
