Zay Flowers Faces Injury Setback, Status Uncertain for Week 2
Zay Flowers, a receiver for the Ravens, experienced a setback during a game in Indianapolis, where he recorded five catches for 150 yards in the first half. His performance included a 54-yard touchdown catch-and-run, during which he aggravated a hamstring injury.
Although Flowers returned briefly to catch another pass, he ultimately left the game and did not return. This injury follows a previous hamstring issue that caused him to miss several weeks of practice before he returned to play on September 3.
Flowers is currently listed as questionable for the Ravens' upcoming game against the Saints. If he is unable to play, teammates LaJohntay Wester and Chris Moore may see increased playing time, especially after the team also lost receiver Ja’Kobi Lane to a wrist injury.
