Zay Flowers Secures Major Deal with Ravens
This week, the Baltimore Ravens and wide receiver Zay Flowers finalized a significant contract agreement, positioning him among the league's top earners with an annual average of $35 million.
The contract includes a signing bonus of $24.855 million, with $18.855 million payable within ten days and the remaining $6 million due by October 31, 2026. The deal guarantees a base salary of $1.145 million for 2026, along with a fully guaranteed option bonus of $26.74 million for 2027, which will be paid in two installments.
Additionally, the contract outlines base salaries of $1.26 million for 2027, $26.5 million for 2028, and $27.5 million for 2029, all with varying guarantees. The four-year extension averages $35 million in new money, while the total six-year deal averages $28.327 million at signing, with substantial guarantees totaling $108 million by March 2028.
